Revenue Operations Intern
Location: Remote (US Based); Dallas, TX/ Hybrid strongly preferred
Internship (3 Months) : Ideally June 1- Aug 31 but we're flexible
Department: Sales
About Grace Hill:
Grace Hill is a leading SaaS provider specializing in performance-based solutions for the real estate industry. With an annual revenue of $80M and a rapidly growing customer base, we sit at the intersection of technology and operational excellence. We are looking for a data-driven, curious, and motivated Revenue Operations Intern to help us scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.
The Role:
As a RevOps Intern, you will support the team responsible for the tech stack, data integrity, and process optimization that drives our revenue. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our systems are talking to each other and our data is actionable. This is your chance to see how a $80M SaaS company actually runs its revenue engine — and to leave a measurable mark on it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Hygiene & Enrichment: Audit CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, and append missing firmographic data.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in building dashboards that track North Star metrics like CAC, LTV, Net Revenue Retention, and Pipeline Velocity.
- Process Documentation: Shadow team members to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales and lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Tech Stack Support: Help manage and troubleshoot our GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar) to ensure high adoption across the sales team.
- Special Projects: Contribute to cross-functional projects such as territory mapping,
compensation modeling, or lead scoring refinement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A rising Junior/Senior or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) is a must; SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau/ PowerBI) is a major plus.
- A "systems thinker" who enjoys figuring out how different pieces of a puzzle fit together.
- Strong exposure in AI tools (Claude, Zapier, Make, N8N) and a desire to automate & optimize manual processes.
- High attention to detail—you’re the person who catches the typo in the spreadsheet.
- Curiosity about how SaaS businesses operate behind the scenes — pipelines, funnels, and forecasting.
What You’ll Gain:
- Direct mentorship from seasoned RevOps and Sales leaders.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard SaaS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- A deep understanding of GTM strategy and SaaS unit economics.
